How to Find an Assisted Living Facility in San Diego County.

Shopping for assisted living is easier when you narrow your choices.

Facilities who are Choose Well members have the Choose Well logo next to their name.  

Search for a Facility

• You can search by facility name,  facility license number, city, zip code, number of beds, Choose Well volunteer or any combination of these. 
• For an alphabetical listing of all San Diego County facilities, leave all fields blank, and click the green Search button. 
• For all Choose Well facilities, select "Member" from the Choose Well drop down menu.  Then click "Search."
